There you go you guys...September 11th past by once again without any problems.  I was watching a show on 9/11 and it made me so sad.  I still remember the exact location I was when it happened!  We were being fully attacked and all of our major headquaters were being aimed for.  I really though we were going into full blown war.  What if they hit the white house???  Things would have been different maybe America would be a wasteland today if they did.

Anyways the thing that make me cry the most was seeing the people jump from the twin towers.  I remember that they were showing the video camcording just some time after the twin towers got hit.  And I saw and woman and a man holding hands, and they jumped.  My body was filled with so many emotions....thoughts of their salvation, and thoughts of why they jumped, and was it the only way?  Thoughts of what were going through their minds.  It was just sooo sad.  And then thoughts of what I would do if I was in their shoes.  I remember thinking "Justice! We will get justice!"

Everyone I know is mostly voting for Obama.  But because of abortion, gay marriage, and Israel, I am voting for McCain.  McCain's tells the world his views and they are similar to my values.  I am pro-life and I think marriage should be between one man and one woman only.  That is totally separate from a civil union.  And I think we should keep finding this enemy who killed our people.  The truth is that Muslims hate Israel, and they hate Christians and also they hate Americans.  If you don't believe that Muslims hate America....you have to be dumb.  Haven't you guys been watching the news several years ago about their disgust of sin and lust in America?  I've seen this hatred with my own eyes on live TV and have seen some of them burn our flag.  It got to the point of ridiculous.  They can burn our flag...but whenever some person does something like that in our country they would blow up and get so angry as to start war.  Anyways they hate Christians....if you don't believe me...then you need to seriously do some research.  Because it's found in their Koran that Christians, Jews and Gentiles are bad and do not follow their god.  I know some muslims, not all muslims are this extreme and hate America.  But extreme religious ones do, the fundamentalist Muslims.  Muslims may hate abortion, homosexuality, sexual lust, etc...but the most important thing is that the Koran allows them to kill Jews and Gentiles (which definitely includes America).  It teaches for them to not kill other Muslims...but says nothing about them killing others.  Anyway, that should be evident because of the suicide bombmers.

If you are a Christian you should know these words.  Whoever blesses Israel, I will bless.  But whoever curses Israel, I will curse.  God said those Words in Genesis 12:3 (paraphrased).  And if you read your bible you will know that He does what He says.

Yes, our enemies are getting stronger.  By everything that is going on, their goal is to take down Israel first, then Christians, and then Americans.

This is extra, in case you haven't noticed, Obama has a muslim name.  Muslim names are given to Muslims and others.  I know that Muslims honor these names, that's why they name their children this.  People who honor Mohammad name their children Mohammad.  This is all I will say, cuz as for now I know nothing more.  I know that he is smart and a strong political leader.  But I don't know if he is a Muslim or not...but IF he is then, God help us and if he becomes president then we Americans are doomed.  That's the reality of a Muslim running America.  I don't know, I'm just gathering facts right now....all of you should do that if you're voting.

Again I vote for McCain because he stands for the rights of an unborn child, for marriage only between a man and a woman and I don't know, but I hope he stands for Israel.

I refuse to vote for either party honestly. I don't think that Christians should be affiliated with any political party here in the U.S. because it divides people (but that is my personal opinion). Israel, on the other hand, is not really an issue honestly. The truth is that "God's chosen people" are us, the Christians. We have no obligation to defend Israel (and honestly they really don't want us to defend them they are quite good at it). From the Abrahamic covenant, to the mosaic, to the Davidic, to Christ's blood. Those of this ongoing line are God's chosen people......not the Israel of today and certaintly not America. I find that it has little to do with your nation and everything to do with your heart and whether or not the Holy Spirit lives within you. In the New Testament God talks about the "New Israel" that will (in Greek it means to "come down") come down. It is a psiritual kingdom that God speaks of.

On a lighter note, how are things going for you? Are you completely done with your school now? How is your job? Family? things are going well here, I am in my 4th year of bible college and hope to be in Japan in December for a year long internship teaching English in Nagoya. Pray for me that I find favor in the eyes of those who are reviewing my request for a VISA. If this goes through then I am going, God's will be done. Also if you could, please pray for me because tomorrow I start a 5 day fast from all entertainment media and a 5 day vow of silence in order to listen and hear God. Pray that I may be true through the poer of Christ. God Bless you sister, hope to talk to you soon.

actually, yes, in large I do see the American church as divided among political intrigue. Honestly, I think it may even hurt our witness to side with a political party or candidate. I know that I do not want this country and the rest of the world to think that ANY political candidate speaks on behalf of the church or me on faith issues.

I have known plenty of Christians and non-Christians alike who would discredit you or me, even though our faith in Christ is strong, because we may "believe" in one candidate or another. In fact, they would refuse dialog with us altogether. Sad but true. Your right, it shouldn't separate Christians but it is foolish to think that we are immune to the same temptations of the world to bow down to political idols. I am not saying that you are doing this by any means, I hold you in high esteems, but it has become a place of division in American society and also sad but true is the fact that most of the time in the influence battle between church and culture in the U.S. .......culture seems to win more often than not.

As far as Israel goes I will have to collect my thoughts more and get back with you, but i do know this, reading Romans 3 offers me no other choice than to think as I do. Pay special attention, but do read all of it for context, to verses

26For you are all sons of God through faith in (AS)Christ Jesus.

27For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.

28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

29And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's descendants, heirs according to promise.

and also

15Brethren, I speak in terms of human relations: even though it is only a man's covenant, yet when it has been ratified, no one sets it aside or adds conditions to it.

16Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed He does not say, "And to seeds," as referring to many, but rather to one, "And to your seed," that is, Christ.

What I am saying is this, I condone the defending of the people of Israel, not the "nation" of Israel. Just as I condone defending of any people, but the nations of the world and their politics are ultimately evil and out for self gain. We bring the gospel to all peoples and recognize that all who are baptized by the Holy Spirit through Faith in Christ and are forgiven of sins make up the seed of Christ, handed down through the Abrahamic covenant. Any theology that would lead our nation to defend Israel as opposed to others because they are more special in the eyes of God is, in my opinion, flawed. For God shows no favor. Think about it and get back to me when you have more to say. I look forward to it. God Bless!
